I doubt they're going to book it for the whole time so we can "figure it out." There are other people who will need to use it too. If someone were to come up to our office manager and say they need to book our conference room from 1pm and 6pm even though they're only going to use it for 3 hours at the most, we'd tell them to get lost or come up with a schedule.
