Thank you Bryce, askubuntu.com was helpfull, as a search there resulted in http://askubuntu.com/questions/8247/problems-with-graphics-of-sony- vaio-z. with the help of this link, I used nomodeset at grub ubuntu entry(strangely I have already done this before, but I made a mistake). I will be sending the needed info very soon, as I can acess my ubuntu again, thanks!
