I'm attaching a screenshot taken with a digital camera since it's hard to get a picture of this one. This shows the problems I'm having on a fresh install with gnome shell and all packages up to date out of the default repositories. One is the font problems in the gnome shell menu, and the other is the diagonal effect on dialogs and pulldown menus. It certainly makes for an interesting computing experience ;).
