When I first added i915.powersave=0 to grub I did it incorrectly and today fixed what I did wrong and did it correctly and now I it seems the bug is gone :) Please somebody let me know what else I can do to have this confirmed bug fix get to those that can do something about it and please tell me how I can make this fix a permanent one.
