Currently, there is no testing used at all. This repo is available for
*testing* packages and nothing else. UbuntuGIS usually has only 2
upgrades per year in unstable, and the old packages are copied in stable.

for closely Debian related project. Everybody is expecting the same as
in Debian. I would propose to rename it to match Debian or to something
neutral.
