shane fagan proposed the following answer:
1. Id say thats about normal even in windows for it to take that long for that
size of data to be transferred.
2. That shouldnt be much of a problem.
3. 64bit at the moment isn't the the best for flash player so if you dont want
any browser hassle id say stick with 32bit if you can.
4. You would need a fresh install I think
