I have a dual head configuration (no xinerama) on current juanty. Any
menu item chosen from a menu on screen 1 always opens on screen 0. If I
direct a terminal window to open on screen 1 by manually setting it's
DISPLAY variable then opening it, anything I open from that terminal
will open on screen 1 (not surprising
