Hi David and thanks for your email :)

Team Meetings can be used for any purpose for the greater good of the team.
To discuss future plans, to discuss failures and mistakes, to highlight
important thing, etc. Anything and everything. What made me give the 'No
Go' for more meetings is I am disappointed that the first meeting didn't
achieve what I had in mind for it.

If you guys feel the need for new meeting, just decide when and I am ready.
If you wish to go for the same time and date of the previous one, that is
also fine by me.
