The other problem was solved removing totem, I'm planning to format everthing and start over after the 28, with the stable release of Natty. In the preferred Application I set that the music player is Banshee via the system preferences. But when i press Ctrl+Alt+M it launches Totem. In the same i set that the Play/Pause is the Pause Button. The button does function (I checked via xev), but Banshee ignore it. But I set also that the next song is played with Shift+Ctrl+Pag_Down and this functions! Is it a bit odd, or not?
