Again though, the "2. refusing to run with writable anonymous root "
tells us that the config is sharing the "ftp root" and expecting it to
be writable. So just change the "ftp root" to the lower Directory,
that the FTP user (a system account) can write to. :-)

And it matters not what distro of *buntu your using, the VSFTP server
installs the same.. :-D
