Hi im new to this group.But I have had that problem on install before. You
can try booting in recovery mode and chose to pick fix broken fll es. That
may finish installing the missing files. It shows you what to do. If that
don't work you drop down to root and do sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get
upgrade. Hope this helps.
