Hi, I bought a Zepto Znote 3215W laptop November 2007 and have had trouble with the touchpad
tapping being extremely sensitive. Initially it was unrecognized but with Ububtu 8.04 it was seen and configured as a synaptics device thanks to Arjan Opmeers work. It was still unusable because of tapping sensitivity. I have tried all the suggestions re disable tapping etc but nothing has worked. I have just downloaded Ubuntu 8.10 and run it live and now the touchpad is once again recognized. Any idea what I can do about this?
