Sure.VNC is built in...

On the Linux machine: System->Preferences->Remote Desktop

Just configure it however you want to, it's really simple.

On the Windows machine, you'll need a third-party VNC client. I'm using
RealVnc; TightVnc is also popular. See

Just open up the client on the Windows machine and enter the IP address of
the Linux pc.

The IP address can be obtained by typing 'ifconfig' into the terminal on the
Linux pc; 'ipconfig' on the windows pc.
