If you are asking me then I do not understand what you are asking me.
Perhaps I am using terms you do not understand.
Is it that you do not understand that "app" is short for
"application"?
And if you still do not understand then "application" means the
"program" you are wanting to work.
"Executable" also means the "program" itself.
Hope that is clearer for you.
