Dear Mr George,
Please ensure that the username with you are logging in has root
privileges enabled. If you are unsure about this, log in with all user
names you you have in the system, till you can see the
"Administration" menu under "System". Reason is that such menus are
automatically not shown up for non-administrators. And if none users
finally did have this option, login as root and do the task[automatic
login]; and give administrative privileges to yourself.
