well, it seems by editing menu.lst and adding vga=773 does solved my
garbage display problem....

/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.27-11-generic
root=UUID=b8468ba5-c1a3-44e2-a970-a75fa03a2b1f ro quiet splash vga=773

thanks god it works in 1st place coz on ur 2nd opinion,  my notebook's
doesnt have any option to change Onboard video buffer
