Screenshot Help button does not work

Bug description:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Applications Menu > Accessories > Screenshot
2. Click "Help"
Actual behavior: A error message displays: 'Failed to execute child
process "xfhelp4" (No such file or directory)'
Expected behavior: Help documentation should pop up.
