That's great to hear that it's still in use. I haven't done any work on it since ages. I have ideas in my mind, but I don't have the time to realize them.
Your wish isn't the first one in this direction. Somebody asked for a GIMP plugin already. But as I said above, I have nearly freetime to code on collage right now, so expect that their will be no new features for some time. I already have some ideas to reimplement it in Mono, because this is my programming language of choice at the moment.
