room with fireplace (could be used as 3rd bedroom); tiled bathroom with toilet;
tiled fitted kitchen. On ground floor: another separate toilet; utility room
with washing machine. There are generous storage spaces in each floor.Central
heating, secondary glazing, garden with off-street parking.
Convenient transportations:
Tube: Northern line at Tooting Broadway or Colliers Wood tube stations.
District line at Wimbledon station.
Train: Mitcham Eastfield (5-7 minuts walk), Wimbledon, Tooting
and Mitcham
Junction stations.
Tramlink: to Wimbledon or Croydon.
Buses: 118, 127, 152, 200, 201, 264, 270, 280, 355, S1
All bus stops are within 1-3 minutes walk distance.
Cheap and convenient shopping:
Hoo Hing (和兴行)，Netto, Morrisons, LIDL, Farm Food, Tesco, Iceland, Boots,
Superdrugs are all within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. Tandem shopping
centre and Savercentre are in 5 minutes driving distance.
Convenient sport centre and easy life:
Fitness First and Cannon Centre are within 2-5 minutes walk distance.
There are also grasses (大片绿草地) and children playground with all facilities
nearby for exercises and sports activities.
