with washing machine. There are generous storage spaces in each floor.Central
heating, secondary glazing, garden with off-street parking.
Convenient transportations:
Tube: Northern line at Tooting Broadway or Colliers Wood tube stations.
District line at Wimbledon station.
Train: Mitcham Eastfield (5-7 minuts walk), Wimbledon, Tooting and
Mitcham
Junction stations.
Tramlink: to Wimbledon or Croydon.
Buses: 118, 127, 152, 200, 201, 264, 270, 280, 355, S1
All bus stops are within 1-3 minutes walk distance.
Cheap and convenient shopping:

Superdrugs are all within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. Tandem shopping
centre and Savercentre are in 5 minutes driving distance.

nearby for exercises and sports activities.
