Well, to start off we had 3 games going: Brass. Battlestar Galactica, and Jamaica
I played Jamaica with Ed, Ken, Nathan, & Aaron. Aaron started out very strong picking up a treasure during each of his first 3 turns, but then he slowed down and I believe Ed edged out Nathan because of a last round battle where Ken stole 6 gold from Nathan, and that ended up making all the difference. After that, we played Kingsburg with all the same people. Aaron again flew off to a big lead and this time no one could catch him. I passed him by one space now and then, only to watch him fly past me as he built the buildings on the top row. In the end he beat me by 4 points. I believe if the King's Troops roll had been a "1" that Aaron & I would have lost our Cathedrals and Nathan would have won. Anyway, both games were interesting to the end and we had a good time. Brass was still going when I left and a game of Red October was just breaking out.
