I also played all the games Matthew did except for the last...

Fast Flowing Forest Fellers:
This was an okay game--but with the dependence on drawing the right
cards at the right time and the ability of others to push you back to
the "start" in one swoop--made it one that I wouldn't get for myself.
I think the more "take that" games I play, the less I like them.

Fury of Dracula:
This is always a good time. Sometime I'll have to read up on
Dracula's special abilities and take a shot at being Dracula. Without
the luck of the mesmerize card it would have been a different game.
Sorry Nate.

Niagara:
I own this game and I really like it. It plays fast, concept is easy
to understand, moving river mechanic is cool, your game play decisions
make a difference, and your fortune can change in a turn. What's not
to like?! :)

Santiago:
I thought I was doing well at the start, thought I was doing terrible
in the middle, and ended up with a decent score. Ed ended up winning
even though everyone thought Ran had it in his back pocket. I think
it has some interesting game play choices, and as was revealed to me
half-way through, a play in your favor can subtly favor you
competitors more.

I appreciate Matthew recommending some fun games. I hope my lack of
interest in La Havre was not a spoiler for him.

On another note: This coming Friday they are having a Wings of War
tourney at 6 PM. There were about 6 people playing Wings of War while
we were playing games and it looked like they were having fun. I
think I might go to the tourney if I can get away. How about you Ken?
Anyone else?
