I just spoke with Ryan who was in charge of AGOS about all the hidden
costs and fees not associated with just the rental of the location.
One thing that really cost him was the prizes, Other things like
advertisement, insurance, and the name badges quickly add up. Im
willing to put in time as well. We spoke earlier of the Mall having an
area to use what was the exact charge per day, including chairs,
tables,and insurance, and how many people can it hold. Lastly how many
people will be attending realistically in this economy?

I imagine travel costs will really cut into those that will show up.
