>From the AGOS forum:

AGOS will happen this year! The Board Game Designers Guild of Utah is
going to sponsor it, and Ryan was really kind in allowing us to use
the AGOS name and help us get it moving. This is a one time change of
plans. Next year, AGOS will hopefully be back and running happily at
the student union.

Here is the important information.

AGOS will probably be at the Officer's club at the University of Utah
Tickets will be somewhere around $10 per day. Sorry for the price
hike.
We're looking at the Fri-Sat of July 10,11, or July 17,18. DO NOT MARK
YOUR CALENDARS YET.
Gaming will go until 10 pm (we'll talk to the facility about extending
the hours)
The facility does not allow non-catered food inside, so we'll set up
tables outside for people to eat and there is an all you can eat
cafeteria about 500 feet away. We'll come up with a work around since
we all need to eat. You can drink inside the facility everything
except alcohol.
Parking will be free.
Same great format of playing games all day, with one added feature.
The BGDG will be presenting their finished games for those interested
to judge. It will be sort of like the Origins/Protospiel award (for
those familiar with them) except much much smaller of course. Plus
you'll get first look at the new games that might be coming out of
Utah.

We should know the date by the end of the week, and then all systems
will be go.

Cheers,
Steve
