If NPTL shows up in mainline I'm happy to throw the main branch into my FWL build and do nightly builds, dumping the results into the http://uclibc.org/~landley/fwl directory. I've only ever looked at a non-mainline SVN branch once, and don't plan to repeat the process. Mixing non-distributed source control with branching is too much of a contradiction in terms for me.
