Why 0.9.32-rc2? IIRC after nptl support it was discussed that it would
be good
to have 1.0.0 version for next release.
I tend to agree that version 1.0.0 is a good choice?
Version number is of course a completely arbitrary stake in the ground,
but in a large number of projects it's used as a crude indicator of
project progress. The next release seems eminently worth of a 1.0 number?
