Have you tried using OCD commander?
This is a simple, low-level (assembly) debugger that Macraigor provides
for free from their website.
This is a good start to make sure that your JTAG communicates well with
your board.
If you get communication errors trying to connecte using this program
too, you probably either have hw problems, or need to configure your
JTAG device to run with a slower clock.
Are you using a genuine Montejade board or a host that is based on this?
We initially worked fine with the Montejade, but when we went to our own
host we had small HW discrepencies that caused problems with the JTAG
until we figured them out.

thank you. I tried the two ocd files, but at me it doesn't work. It
seems that the flashprogrammer software is the problem, because my
montejade ist doing fine.
