I try to localize the gui of uDig into tranditional chinese. I follow the instructions of the development document, add new plugin_zh_TW.properties files and make the application running in trandictional chinese locale successfully......in the first time. Then i modify some content in the properties file, rebuild the program.....but the modification doesn't show up? Could someone help me to find out where the problem is?
