Hi, I just noticed another problem with the new Despeckling GUI parts, since it's addition, UFRaw is too large to properly display with a minimum height window on my 1280x800 resolution laptop. As you know, this is a very common resolution.
I just did some measurements, and it seems with 800px height, with defaults settings GNOME will leave about 750px available for applications. I asked before if there was a way to disable despeckling altogether, I'd still love to see this, at least until the despeckling GUI gets fixed. But I'd appreciate any kind of quick fix. And of course, I think UFRaw should be workable on pretty much all resolutions, even on netbooks. It does not have to be pretty and handy, but critical buttons should never go off-screen.
