I'm doing underwater photography with manual white balance afterwards
which can get a bit unusual. The RGB channel multipliers are (for example)
4.2/1.0/5.8 and with these values temperature/green sliders clip at
2000/0.2 as it seems. The values are correctly saved in the ID file:

...
<OutputPath>best</OutputPath>
  <WB>Manual WB</WB>
  <WBFineTuning>0</WBFineTuning>
  <Temperature>2000</Temperature>
  <Green>0.200</Green>
  <ChannelMultipliers>4.209911 1.000000 5.834866 1.000000</ChannelMultipliers>
<Exposure>1.137019</Exposure>
...

However, when loading the ID file (for batch processing) the white balance
seems to follow the (clipped) temperature/green values instead of the RGB
channel multipliers. This used to work in previous ufraw version(s). I'm
using ufraw 0.22.
