[ug-bosug] [technical question] need a package in .pkg format from IPS / Blastwave

How do i download a package in .pkg format from Blastwave / IPS . I do not
want to install it in my computer. ( I need a Broadcom 57xx Network Driver )
. It is in IPS. I need it to install in my friends laptop.
