hi pavan thank u,

  case 3 will match.

  even now, if i boot with belenix CD (-> belenix 32bit -> US-English ->
XWindows GUI Desktop (XFce) ) it is ok & no problem . But after removing the
CD, booting with solaris10, if i type the user name, different alphabet appears
in the user name field(if i type user name in the welcome screen as "root" it
appears "eiir"). if i boot with command line of solaris10, this kind of problem
is not there .

Also i want to know how to install belenix.

  thanks and regds

Hi Palani,

The description of your problem is a bit unclear to me.

1. Did you boot belenix and is that where you faced the problem? If so,
you need to select the correct keyboard layout while booting when you
are prompted for it. It might most probably be US English.

2. Did you try to install from the belenix CD?

3. Did you face the problem after booting into belenix and then booting
back to your older solaris 10 ?

Can you please clarify which one of the above is your case ?

Regards,
Pavan
