Honestly, 64 MB will make your system crawl. Just out of curiosity, what versions of linux/windows are you running on your box? I have a similar box at home, but with a Cyrix 233 MHz processor. That is strictly used as a programming hangout. No multimedia, no games, no decent X, no ..., no ..., no ... Anyways, the point is that the newer OSes are memory hogs. You will simply not get away with that much RAM. Seriously, better ways would be to upgrade your RAM first. Pavan
