Thanks for the good news. It is always nice to see ones country being ranked so 
highly especially when it beats all its Neighbors.

I'm however wondering whether this was done before or after the governments 
closure of the Monitor offices. Anyone would have been excussed, before the 
monitor incidence, for thinking that there was a lot of press freedom in the 
country.
