First go and ask who he is and then come back and ask me about my wealth.� Ogwal told The Monitor on telephone yesterday. At a press conference last week Dr. Rwanyarare challenged Ogwal who heads a rival faction in UPC to declare her wealth. She was also reported in the press last week as among prominent people and Members of Parliament who have failed to declare their wealth to the Inspector General of Government contrary to the Leadership Code Statute. Ogwal declined to say why she has not declared her wealth. She also declined to reveal when she intends to declare it.
