NRM political heuristics if doesnt sink the country, has created future problems:
Do Ugandans think about where there country is headed. There is more brutal crime, a militarised police force, stricter ineffective laws, more corruption, brutal politics, more widows, orphans, decapitated people- more weaponry all in a space of less than thirty years! Is this socio-economic political development? Development to what with greater civic and national begging, street children and general poverty?! Notice more women are throwing away their own children and it was reported greater numbers of people might have psychiatrical problems Why is there more robbers, more crime, orphans, widows - what are the future consequences - do Ugandans think about it? - Or it's socio-economic and political development? 1.Is Uganda more stable today than it has ever been in her post-independent history- This is debatable a). through constant wars NRM has managed to dis-configure, misconstrue social structures, generate animosity between cultures and people, which hold African societies wherever they might be located together. Without putting in place anything substantial and sustainable, but only held in place by the force of terror, economic rewards and political manipulation. This is extremely dangerous. b). More Ugandans are rapidly abandoning an authentic and genuine life style with more youthful young men getting involved in the mucky waters of a predatory economy hence rapid degeneration of the so called 600 thieves caught by Kayanjas Wembley with yet more inline. (c). through conformist politics (every thing goes so long as they keep quite), which has gone to the extent of forcing people to legally consume things like paid pornography journalistically! Remember all magazines, which! started into this area collapsed suggesting Ugandans were not so much into this business- but which now is being forced onto society through managed consumption, which is quite shocking- journalistic psychology is not the same as social psychology and indeed society do not inherently change but appearance. 2.The forces, which are holding this country is a preserve of a certain click of people, where some of its members, have been involved in the most diabolic acts including stealing and destroying those souls, which are opposed to antisocial acts. One day Ugandans will long for Chefe Ali- (Brigadier Mwine) to have been arrive to narrate his story! 3.Through intellectual corruption, which is more dangerous than Ssebutinde corruption investigation the NRM has poisoned this countrys public sector and structures, by employing ego-centrist punctualism purposely to (a). keep itself at political power helm from the ignorant, fools, idiots, tribal clicks etc., (b). tactfully silence the voices of discontent presently but not infinitely (c). create proxy unity, which has completely failed hence generating nepotism and vulgar nationalism entirely based on vice and crock (d). The crony thus given birth has created constellational identity (not true for and on/itself)- divorced, bastardised from reality based on false necessity. The creator can do nothing but look on as the system composed of free-loaders parasite on itself to self extinction. 4.The present NRM ideology, since it is strongly rooted in hypocrisy, deceit, brute superior complexes or substituted primitivism (biological substance), etc., has resulted into epiphenomenon, whereby the executive left alone, is government on its own and with its ersatz parliament, with full ministers and ministers of state, presidential advisers, a state within a state, with encapsulated military units, even extending its activities in civil affairs- implying the army, the police and judicially are as well as distant entities existing by virtual of non-functioning laws embed in dead national institution! What do you do with an exclusively selected PPU, and its intelligence network, a). watching over the army, the police, ministers , society, the law, the judicially, investigating corruption, etc.? b). After the present presidency is not in power in Africa? c). Who maintains them, and what type of employment are they going to do thereafter ? 5.NRM has maintained in place the hard core unit- of the pre-Luwero bush war- divided into about three groups, a) the ignorant peasantry always entertained with brown envelopes from 1970 heroic adventurism, b) the fighters (revolutionary) more dangerous even to NRM existence, so preserved as a reservist and expeditionary trouper with full remuneration, c). childhood clan and pro-and against politobureau, which should wield political power even under duress, the exclusive, most trusted to keep its secretes to itself- which creates even a more dangerous paranoiac future for this country. All these groups make up a network of political and economic heavy weights in this country plus the surrogate class of post-1986 revolution. A strong component from NEC, UCB loans to present URA thieving clan or the extensionalist group, which can suffer the boot any time as it not so crucial to NRM survival. This is used in point 3. 6.Through liberatory scientism (conjugated contradiction), encapsulated into non-facts (even irrational), which lack place and time within our society- heuristic political science., power law and economics, is the foundation on which NRM speculative logic to maintain the psychic power (Wembley, iron fist) and fascination in reverie (philosophical ignorance); based on talk show psychologism/ uncongenial propaganda, jump from one thing to another, the police, NRA , UPDF, Wembley, revolution , privatisation, pan-Africanism, ADF, Kony, reformism, africanised progress, Pan-africanism, modernisation, PMA, electrification, development, Agoa etc, to created disconcerted ideological assembly in belief- it is generating a dummy (observers admiring gaze), which in fact is contra NRM scarecrow swinging in the wind, to create a semblance of multiple determination, which in fact is an infinite regress- or cognitive triumphalism! 7.Inner complicity- constitutive of imbecilic broadbasedness, ( a detached or systematic intermingling RDC, CAO, LC V, ex-official etc,) which taxonomically implies a). NRM cadership is a superior being, chosen b). the Kyankwazi logic (compulsive belief-formation) in mundane intellectualism ( the Colonel, General, political commissar preacher)also played on generality and a force fiddle i.e. cadets in the URA police force , the police force itself all coming out as religious faith (speculative illusion) rather than social fact devoid of the very nature of society and its historicity. c). An epoch covered in an epoch i.e. Amin with Nubians and an Islamic nation state for support, Obote with his Ogole group, acholi war, the Kony and Sudan connection and development of the north, Kabilas Congo /Hutu-Tusti connection and the liberator-Uganda, and so on, all along misconception trajectory and pathologies of power, the military and politics of African pedigree- who will save us? 8.NRM becoming a phenomenon to itself, the creator pandering between the theory of ideology and ideology of social practices or the ideology chasing its own shadow as the discernment of bureaucracy turns its rationality on the bureaucrat- the story of the tortoise and man on 100 meter racing track and the hungry generation treading on its own toes. NRM is here for some time! In conclusion the Leninist so called realpolitik with an essential attitude is emerging, based as it were on Africanised liberatory scientism, now we can witness in talk shows , and the ecstatic free people, the attentive audience, viewing their world in a telescopic spectrum preaching the Kyankwazi church its own gospel- to reach scientific truth- I meant political action and Nakasongola landmine factory- the ingenious !!! Imagine the battle for Bugolobi and elite or boda boda and KCC or hygiene and the politician (master and the slave peasant )- WHO WILL TELL THE PEOPLE.
