Jiggers kill
one in Kayunga
Residents of Bale Trading Centre in Kayunga district have
requested government to help them in fighting jiggers, which have of late
invaded their area.
Our Kayunga correspondent reports that the
jiggers have already killed one of the residents and another is currently on
the brink of death.
The Bale Sub County Chief Magidu Mukalya
confirmed the death of Kizito and said one of the residents Zziwa cannot
walk.
One of the residents Sarah Nampewo said the jiggers were
brought to the area by a deceased mad man one Kizito.

residents.
