Dear valued countrymates and netters, Please be informed that The Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs is accepting applications for its NON-RESIDENTIAL Fellows Program. The program supports promising younger scholars, educators, and practitioners who are engaged with the ethical dimensions of international affairs. The program is open to junior scholars and mid-career professionals worldwide. Individuals from developing countries are encouraged to apply. All fellows must be FLUENT in ENGLISH (that's why I am writing in English rather than in French).
