In one Central European language the name Mudde means tired. It is therefore no wonder that this so called Ex-presidential Aspirant minus opportunities should be making such noise. He afterall never even contested. He tried to blow hot air about his contesting and no sooner had Ssebagabe given him Kitu Kidogo than he melted away from the lime light. This brood of politicians who incidentally live true to their stomachs should be treated with all the contempt due to them.
Thanks.
Kipenji.

Former presidential aspirant James Mudde has blasted leading political
parties for refusing to register afresh as required by the Political Parties
and Organisations Act (POA) 2002.
The Democratic Party (DP), Uganda People Congress (UPC) and Conservative
Party (CP) on Wednesday said they were contesting the validity of the POA, so
they could not register under the same law.
But Mudde on Thursday described the move by the three parties as cowardice
and instead challenged them to "! enter the fray" then settle the differences
later. He said although he did not agree with several elements in the POA, he
would register the Uganda's United Party (UUP), which he formed in March 2001.
"There is no way you can fight a war without going to the battlefield. They
have ulterior motives. If they are serious, let them register and make their
intentions known," he said.
The POA restricts political party activities to the headquarters, and
requires the old parties to register afresh by January 17. But DP and UPC
have challenged the Act in court, saying it is unconstitutional and limits
their freedom of association.
