Do you really believe this story? How can one train a
snake and a crocodile to torture a human being? This
is pure fantasy, and only fools believe this and even
waste time to comment on it.

Nobody is talking about training snakes to torture Uganda citizens. In fact, no one needs to train snakes to torture citizens. All one needs to do is unleash snakes or a snake upon one of those NRM victims to somehow propel the individual(s) to "confess" to agents of the Dictatorship. The fear alone of being bitten by a snake is sufficient to do the trick!
