Netters
My mom used to say that any body who is sinking, tries his/her best to go
with all the grass around him/her. One wonders why we as Ugandans failed to
have these phenomenon's studied. You see I wish we can get some body like in
Makerere University to do a study on such local sayings. For it surely seems
old people were right when they made these statements, and they were
abandoned only for we never followed them up with studies. For if you follow
my Mom's statement followed up with numbers, like study from Professor or
Doctor Kibodde from Makerere University, they might end up being not only
true but accepted.
I hope the Movement and Mengo can find it in their heart to fund such
studies where my Mom's sayings can be given an academic back up.
