Some quotes from the article on p. A4 (on why all this is a
hoax and is vile terror, see those parts of this item which
follow later):
"PHYSICIANS WARN ABOUT HIV MAN

A 25-years-old man in Kristianstad [in Scania in
southern Sweden] may have infected several tens of
women with HIV from 1995 on.
This is what Scania's Physician For Contagion Preven-
tion, Hans Bertil Hansson, fears. He calls on all who
have had sexual contact with the man to have them-
selves tested.
The 25-year-old was convicted a few weeks ago by the
Local Court of Kristianstad for having infected two
women.
...
'According to my experience concerning the tracing of
contagion for men in this age group, it is not un-
usual for them to have perhaps 25 different sexual
contacts in a year', Hans Bertil Hansson says.

The 25-year-old has HIV-infected the women conscious-
ly. Already when he came to Sweden from his home
country Somalia at the age of 16, in 1993, he was
tested and was found to carry the HIV virus.

He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment for ag-
gravated assault and to paying each of the two women
an indemnity of SKR 862,000 [appr. $80,000].

Lisa [pseudonym] was infected in 1997, at the age of
16. She testified against the man...
When she was 16 years old, she during three months
was seeing the Kristianstad man, then 20, who had
known since several years back that he was HIV posi-
tive.
Last summer, the rumour reached her that the man was
being forcibly detained and was carrying the HIV
virus.
It did not of course appear very likely that she her-
self had gotten HIV. But for safety, she got herself
tested.
First once. Then one more time, since the test result
was uncertain.
She was told on a Thursday.
'My first reaction was: I'm going to die. My next
was: I want to die, now.'

The HIV virus in her is not making itself felt in
ant tangible way yet; she has not started taking
"brake medicines". But much in her life is changed.
...
She has to be more careful. Not to cut herself when
cooking for others. ... Avoid meeting people who
have a bad cold. ... Get a medical examination every
three months. ... 'I'm very much afraid of falling
in love', says Lisa..."
And such things *are* what not so few people are being told,
in Sweden and in many other countries.
It's not very apparent, for many of them probably, that they
in such circumstances *need to fear the doctors and the en-
tire bourgeois "establishment"* as - in some cases knowing,
conscious and cold-blooded, in others, mainly ignorant, or
perhaps not wanting to know, and/or themselves under pressure
of various kinds, to act as - *mass murderers*.
This is one fact of present-day bourgeois, imperialist so-
ciety.
Another article on the same page in today's Sydsvenskan says:
"Up to the turn of the year, a total of some 5,500
cases of HIV infection had been reported to the In-
stitute for Contagion Prevention in Sweden.
It is calculated that in the whole world, 60 million
people so far have been infected, 40 million of whom
are alive. Five million out of those 40 million are
calculated to have been infected in the year 2001."
All VILE, TERRORISTIC LIES, which the ruling imperialist
reactionaries VERY WELL KNOW *are* vile terroristic lies.

ganda saying that the purported "new" disease or syndrome is
"caused by a virus" - by a purportedly existing such, since
then referred to as "HIV" ("Human Immunodeficiency Virus").
This is FALSE. WHAT IS BEING CALLED "AIDS" IS *NOT*
CAUSED BY A VIRUS.
That is, IT IS *NOT* INFECTIOUS, WHETHER SEXUALLY-
TRANSFERRED OR OTHERWISE. THERE IS *NO* "AIDS EPIDEMIC",
NOT ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. THERE NEVER WAS ONE.
What is being called "AIDS" in North America and Europe in
reality is mainly caused by MASSIVE "RECREATIONAL" DRUG USE.
Also, many people have died of a poisonous purported "medi-
cine against AIDS", AZT, prescribed because of the propagan-
da.

What is being called "AIDS" in Africa in reality is caused
by MALNUTRITION, ACTUAL INFECTIOUS DISEASES and not least
PARASITIC DISEASES, in particular MALARIA.

What actually is killing millions of people in Africa, and
elsewhere too, each year, is the massive imperialist exploi-
tation and oppression, the wars caused by imperialism, and a
number of purportedly "environmental", anti-development
"green" genocidal campaigns.
The "AIDS virus" propaganda hoax not least is intended to
cover this up.
The large increase of malaria in the last few decades, affec-
ting hundreds of millions of people and killing millions each
year, is due to a willedly genocidal BAN AGAINST the vital
insecticide DDT in the "Western-controlled world" since 1972,
precisely today [in 2000] planned by some to be confirmed and
extended WORLDWIDELY. (On this, see "UNITE! Info #127en".)
The "AIDS virus" propaganda hoax also is intended to cover up
directly the actual genocide caused by the DDT ban so far,
and to facilitate the extension of this ban, intended to kill
even more people.
The reason behind such genocide, and that being directly ef-
fected by other "green" campaigns, is a DESPERATE FEAR on the
part of the imperialists today of INTERNATIONAL REVOLUTION.
The "AIDS virus" propaganda hoax is intended, worldwidely, to
infect relations between men and women. The imperialists'
fear of developments in the direction of proletarian revolu-
tion lies behind this too.
In particular, the hoax is intended, by that part of the pro-
paganda which since long is saying that there is "an AIDS
epidemic" in certain countries in Africa, to infect relations
between Africans and others.

Not long after the 1984 press conference mentioned above...
there also was a "counter-rumour" in some media. It said that
"this virus" might be "the result of" "a laboratory experi-
ment gone wrong in the USA", or even willed "biological war-
fare" on the part of the US imperialists.

But this theory demonstrably is quite wrong too. "AIDS" is
NOT caused by a virus, whether naturally-existing or somehow
manmade.

This theory or rumour no doubt has been at least encouraged
precisely by those same arch-reactionaries, and it's possible
that it was they who started it in the first place.
The reactionaries "needed", and still "need", a "theory"
which is "plausible" also to those - quite many - who are,
justly, very suspicious about the US imperialists and prone
to doubt what a US government may say publicly, a "theory"
which however avoids disclosing, and in fact helps hide, that
main fact that "AIDS" is NOT caused by any virus at all.

In fact there are some REAL "HIVs" in the world who are
causing this and other misery: The Human Imperialist Vam-
pires. They must be jointly combated by the peoples in all
countries. Their rule must be overthrown completely and they
themselves suppressed most rigorously, for a long time to

Legal proceedings against the "Deutscher Bundestag", the
Parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany: Because of the
intentional continuation of acts of killing and manslaughter
(� 220a StGB Germany) by the German Parliament.
During the last six years proofs have been collected for the
following actions that have taken place inside Germany:
The State intentionally is using non-valid tests to persuade
healthy persons to take a deadly long-term medication. The
persons, being healthy before being tested, die during the
long-term-medication. The German Parliament, since years
intentionally is securing that this crime continues.
Course of Events on January 15th 2001 at the District Court
(Landgericht) of Dortmund:
Judge Hackmann announced the statement of the "Bundesgesund-
heitsbeh�rde", the Federal German Health Authorities, which
says that in connection with AIDS there has never been
isolated a virus (Dr. Marcus, Robert-Koch-Institute (RKI)
Berlin). The judge figured out that the German Bundestag had
been backing the lie of the Federal Health Authorities (RKI,
Dr. Marcus, 9.3.95) about a successful isolation of a virus
in connection with AIDS in the course of a petition (Art. 17,
Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany, Pet. 5-13-
15-2002-010526).
The trial was based on actions of the defendant which were
caused by the misleading statement made by the RKI (Dr. Mar-
cus) on the 9th March 1995, that there were photographs of
the isolated HI-virus inside the publications of Montagnier
(1983) and Gallo (1984). The judge proved the untruthfulness
of this statement using Dr. Marcus' statement itself. The
court imposed a suspended sentence of 8 months of jail be-
cause of attempted coercion of the authorities to adhere and
act according to law and order.
The document of the German Bundestag DS 12/8591 holds proof
that the Bundestag had already known in 1994 that neither
Montagnier (1983) nor Gallo (1984) had isolated any virus in
connection with AIDS. Based on this the Bundestag safeguarded
the persistent lie of the AIDS information campaign (RKI)
from 9th March 1995 about the successful isolation of a virus
in connection with AIDS. As a consequence of non-tolerating
this lie and because of non-tolerating the deadly consequen-
ces of this lie, the trial took place on 15th January 2001.
It is impossible - as far as laboratory conditions are con-
cerned - to develop a valid Virus-antibody-test, if the virus
has not been isolated before. Every layman understands that
an individual proof for an infection with a virus is impos-
sible, if the existence of the virus has never been generally
proven. This knowledge of the German health authorities, that
the tests are not validated, can be proven via the authori-
ties' documents themselves. The error concerning the test's
validity is spread and supported by the authorities - against
better knowledge.
With two more petitions the Bundestag safeguarded the default
of the responsible authorities, not to carry out the law (�63
AMG, Stufenplan II), to do studies and observations to pro-
tect persons taking the AIDS-Medicine, the chemotherapy AZT
(Pet. 5-13-15-2002-058744 and Pet. 5-13-15-212-023567a).
The health authorities and the Bundestag know that there will
be no test method to prove an HIV-Infection, as long as HIV
has not been isolated. And there is no doubt that AZT - as
well as the HIV-medications in general - are deadly themsel-
ves when used as long-term-medication.
In the course of the proceedings of the petitions the Bundes-
tag created an apparent peace of law - by means of delibera-
tely untruthful statements. President of the German Parlia-
ment Wolfgang Thierse regards untruthful behaviour of this
kind (as shown by the Bundestag) as being justified by the
Bundesverfassungsgericht (Federal Constitutional Court). A
videotape documenting an interview (28th June 1995) shows
that his predecessor in office, Prof. Rita S�ssmuth did know,
that there had never been any proofs for a virus in connec-
tion with AIDS and that there are no proofs for the claims of
infectivitiy.
Still pending in the Bundestag is the petition Pet. 2-14-15-
212-02608. It is lodging a complaint against the legal au-
thorities, which stayed passive after getting the attention
of the proofs for these acts of killings. Enclosed with the
complaint were so many proofs, which had made it necessary
for the Bundestag to take actions right after perusal, to
stop the continuation of these acts of killings by the state.
Within the last six months every single member of the German
Bundestag was informed six times via mail about these acts of
killing by the state.
The intention of the German Bundestag to safeguard killings
by the state after gaining insight into the facts must be re-
garded as proven, especially because of the fact that several
petitions were rejected by means of untruthful statements.
The German Bundestag and every individual member of the Bun-
destag intentionally safeguards acts of killings by the state
by deliberately misleading the public. Healthy people are in-
tentionally lead into a deadly medication via tests with in-
valid results - and then die.
The criminal law of the BRD and especially � 220a StGB (Geno-
cide) protects citizens from act of killings organised by a
state which is deliberately misleading the public. It also
protects the citizens binding the legal authorities to take
actions after perusal. The prosecuting attorneys attended the
trial on 15th January 2001 at the Landgericht Dortmund and
learned about the facts - in front of the public. Their pas-
sivity afterwards serves as a further proof for their further
