Isn't that the same hospital we got reports that they some times operate on torches? It is truly a clear headed government.

The evidence is rather clear that Hospitals under the NRM military dictatorship in Mbale and else where in Uganda are, as the Museveni's own MP pointed out, in quote " pathetic situation". In spite of this clear evidence , the likes of Matovu are busy defending the regime in Kampala even on the states of hospitals in Uganda!
