The day African will be able to separate rules and regulation from power - Africans will be able to govern themselves.

The day when such people could be suspectible to the law as the common and average man and woman THEY TRAP ON - there will BE rapid development since there is enough energy among the african people to develop their respective nations.
In short there is no system of governance will solve Africas problems unless is best on unbending laws. Otherwise those who can manipulate the law will utilise the system to their benefit at the detriment of the power- less .
