ugnet_: The case of Mr Aliku

A few days ago a Ugandan - a Mr Aliku, if I remember correctly - who is 
visiting the USA introduced himself on this forum.

He wrote about the language and ethnic distribution and relations in the 
West Nile Province; and posed some questions as to what views the writers of 
the federo proposals had in mind in that regard.

Is there going to be any response to his concerns, I wonder?
