If you want to impress, don't just give birth abroad but fly there in an executive jet. When Natasha went to Germany on August 19, 2003 (to give birth to her 2nd baby), she flew with mum, Janet and sister Patience, in the presidential Gulfstream IV special performance jet. Sadly, the plane did not wait until she had given birth and came back on August 21st. They had to return by a regular British Airways (1st Class of course (ibid)) flight on August 29th.   So high-flying mothers-to-be who want real style now have a new standard to live up to -- if they can afford the price tag of up to $90,000 for an executive jet flight to Europe !!
