AN old madman was one of the four people killed when the Lord's Resistance Army rebels raided a camp for internally displaced people (IDP) on Sunday night, reports Dennis Ojwee.
Robert Nahaman , 50, was mad and lived in Odyak village. The rebels abducted a one Ojera, his wife Lalam and their child.
The UPDF 4th division's intelligence officer, Capt. Fred. Rugadya Akiiki, said the army was trailing the rebels in Palenga in Lakwana sub-county.
Official sources say Palenga camp, located in Omoro county and hosts 11,000 IDPs in 1,200 homesteads.
