....and what do you mean by "promoting a political Buganda" which group or for that matter who in Uganda is not political? and how are they "changing the constitution to favour Buganda"? and who told you there was no political competition going. Or are you saying that people in Uganda cannot be political without the UPC?. Clarify please.

If NRM come to bring clean leadership - why fear competative politics where reform agenda , dp and the catholics plus baganda become the central issue in national politics?
So cabinate changes the constitution in favour of Buganda and NRM - and this is the reason why people are dying?!
Why not say we have ruled 17 solid years , we have the army and we have the ability to develop, go out their and compete for politics since now you are civilised enough to do so?!
If you can answer that question and have adequate answers or not- human stupidity, greed, shallowness then knows no bounds.
Fighting UPC is a dead end as promoting political buganda, monolithic NRM as well covert reform agenda politics - that is the simple fact take it or live it and funny enough the constitution is dead, only can be supported by arms instead of civility.
