Yaobang   Let me simplicity it for you. Uganda government through its diplomat is trying hard to see that a Movementist/federalists (Well all Ugandans are Movementists and federalists. So here we go) who can not go back to Uganda for medical attention, due to Konny and Obote, can get a Luganda interpreter, in a long term care where she is stuck. You see that is how bad UPC wasted Uganda Hospitals, so the Methodist Hospital become handy.   On a serious note though, that shows how the Movement has wasted our system/s in Uganda, for even Iddi Amin did not scoop this low. But I am not going to complain for Ugandans are going to ask me a very simple question.
