God is about to burn this country. Do not ask me how I came to know. My good friend is in close contact with God. On a daily basis she must have lunch with Jesus Christ. What she told me is classified information but for the sake of mankind I have decided to de-classify it.
Yes God is not happy with the many sprouting lodges in Kampala.
He is not happy that descendants of Adam have attached too much attention to sex that they are no longer interested in praising him.
A thousand years is one day to God. Do not think he is blind to your sins. He is just enjoying a nap for a few minutes, which you think, are years of ignoring your sinning. And with an ill equipped police no one will be able to put out the fire when God finally sets Kampala ablaze.
The rate at which Kampalans are patronizing lodges make Sodom and Gomorrah look like holy cities.
And these lodges have funny names. Names like Hotel City Hot, Hotel Fianc�e, Hotel Be Brief and Hotel stay Hot.
You remember the Go Cool craze a few years back? Oh my God I don�t know how some one can be cool in sex matters.
When you flip through newspapers, you find lodges advertising services. Lodging at Shs. 10,000 while resting is Shs 5,000.
Which good person can go to a lodge to rest? Good people rest in Sheraton Hotel Gardens, Constitution Square or Freedom Square.
We all know you cannot go to a lodge to eat ice cream.
In most of these lodges there is a very clear message STRICTLY LODGING ONLY.
A colleague told me that in one lodge there are writings informing you of the conditions. Do not be surprised if you read �Shs five thousand for �resting� and Shs four thousand if you do not use the towel.�
So next time you pay a visit to your loved one�s office and you are told he/she is out think twice.
I am no home breaker but the people patronizing these lodges are the middle class.
I am praying that my mother does not read this article. She might wonder how her son whom she considers Uganda�s last male virgin came to have such details about �places of sin�.
Street kids or beggars do not have money to go to lodges. Male students do not have money to visit lodges. So it�s the female students who are victims sometimes.
Before you crucify me for spilling the beans or crying wolf I want you to ask yourself these questions.
Where is my husband? Where is my wife, where is my boy friend, where is my girl friend or more painfully where is my daughter? |
